At Trend Den, we supply products exclusively for resellers and small businesses. Because we operate on a wholesale basis, our policies differ from standard retail stores. Please review these terms carefully before placing an order.


1. No Refunds for "Change of Mind"

As we operate on a wholesale and supply basis, we do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind or preference.
  • Incorrect product selection by the buyer.
  • Failure to sell items within your own business.

All wholesale purchases are considered final once confirmed.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We maintain strict quality control, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, you must:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or video evidence of the defect to info@trendden.store.

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or provide a refund where applicable.

3. Incorrect Items Received

If your shipment contains the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with proof (images/videos). we will arrange a resolution and ensure you receive the correct inventory.

4. Order Cancellations

Due to our fast processing times for wholesale orders, cancellations are not possible once an order has been processed, prepared, or shipped.

5. Shipping & Customs Disclaimer

Trend Den is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by couriers or logistics providers.
  • Customs clearance issues or delays.
  • Import duties, taxes, or clearance fees.

Important: Orders will not be refunded if they are refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees.

Return Shipping

Returns are only accepted for approved cases (damaged or incorrect items). In these instances, specific return instructions will be provided. Please note that return shipping costs may apply depending on the specific situation.
